Coursework: Preliminary exercise feedback and LR

 1) Type up your teacher's feedback in full plus a summary of the comments you received from other students in the class.

WWW-  good use of black and white- monochrome

good lighting-effective and significant

good use of 360 shot and camerwork

good transitions and editing- use of wipes, jump cuts

use of title typography

EBI- radio edit- clean version

needs better performances in terms of acting/lip syncing

sharper images could be used for it to look better

concept should be clearer

more use of costumes

2) Using a combination of your own reflection on the preliminary exercise and the feedback you were given, write three WWW bullet points and three EBI bullet points for your TV drama scene.

www- good use of editing- wipes, cuts, transitions

3) How effectively did you complete the objective you laid out in your mini preliminary exercise statement of intent?

I used my statement of intent as a plan but i added things in the preliminary production that i didn't plan so i must update my statement of intent.

4) What have you learned from the preliminary exercise that will help you in the actual coursework project?

From the preliminary exercise i gained an insight into how i want my final production to look in terms of shots, angles and editing. The feedback from my class and teacher was also helpful in giving my ideas of what to do in my final production.

5) Now you have completed the preliminary exercise, will you change anything in your actual music video? This could include the narrative or performance element or technical elements such as mise-en-scene, camerawork or editing.

I will have more of a performance element and narrative in my final production. I will also use more transitions when editing and more camera shots to change the pace of the video.
