 Refers to the tendency that as technology changes different technological systems evolve toward performing similar tasks.

 Technology companies are challenging traditional broadcasters with the use of digitisation and the ability to distribute texts via the internet.

6) What budgets will Netflix, Amazon and Apple spend on original programming next year according to the article?

 Netflix plans to spend $8bn on original material, whilst Amazon has a budget of $4.5bn and Apple plans to spend $1bn next year.

7) How many countries are Netflix and Amazon available in?

 Netflix is available in 190 countries and Amazon is available in 200 countries.

8) The global nature of modern television means producers are having to consider international audiences when creating content. What example from Netflix does the article use to explain this?

 In the Netflix show 'Stranger Things', the ,monster was named 'Demagorgon' by the characters in the show but in different countries it was renamed.

9) Do you think technology companies such as Google, Facebook and Amazon will increase their interest in the television industry?

 Facebook launched Watch in 2017 which hosts original reality TV programming. Google has not made the same move perhaps because of the amount of money it makes but it is possible for it to expand into the television industry in the future as it will be more profitable.

10) How do changes in technology influence the creation of TV dramas such as Capital or Deutschland 83? Try and make specific references to the two TV CSPs in your answer.

 Changes in technology like distributing texts via the internet has benefited Deutschland 83 as the series is more popular in globally rather than just in Germany.

  Statement of intent : draft 3 I will make a  2-3 minute music video  with an accompanying  music magazine . The song i have chosen to do is called 'I'm not racist' by Joyner Lucas, the  genre  of the song is  rap/ hip-hop.  I plan on adopting some of the features of the original music video such as the  cinematography  used.
